AI User Policy

This AI User Policy governs the acceptable and responsible use of AI-powered features, agents, and automation tools provided by AI Horse-Powered Systems™. By using our AI workforce platform, you agree to the standards and responsibilities outlined below.

1. Purpose and Scope

AI Horse-Powered Systems™ deploys AI agents — including AI Marketing Managers, AI Ads Managers, AI Content Creators, AI Sales Assistants, AI Support Agents, AI Automation Engineers, and AI Data Analysts — to assist businesses in executing marketing, sales, operations, and customer support tasks. This policy applies to all users who access, configure, or deploy these AI agents through our platform.

2. Intended Use

Our AI tools are designed for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Creating and managing marketing campaigns and advertising
  • Generating business-related content (blogs, ads, emails, social media)
  • Qualifying and following up with sales leads
  • Automating business workflows and customer support
  • Analyzing business performance data and generating insights

Users are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs are reviewed for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws before use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our AI tools to:

  • Generate, distribute, or promote content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
  • Create spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Produce content that discriminates against individuals based on race, gender, religion, national origin, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Generate content that violates intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Automate harassment, threats, or abusive communications toward any individual or group
  • Circumvent platform safety measures or manipulate AI outputs to produce prohibited content
  • Use AI outputs for illegal purposes, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized data collection
  • Deploy AI agents to impersonate real individuals without their consent
  • Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Where required by law or platform policy (e.g., Meta, Google advertising policies), users are responsible for disclosing when content has been generated or substantially assisted by AI.AI Horse-Powered Systems™ provides tools to assist with compliance but does not assume liability for users' failure to make required disclosures.

5. Advertising Compliance

AI-generated advertising content must comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform policies, including but not limited to:

  • FTC Endorsement Guidelines and truth-in-advertising requirements
  • Meta Advertising Policies and Community Standards
  • Google Ads policies
  • CAN-SPAM Act (email marketing)
  • TCPA (telephone and SMS marketing)
  • State-specific consumer protection laws

Users are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated ad content for compliance before publishing or distributing it.

6. SMS and Communication Compliance

When using AI agents to send or automate SMS, email, or phone communications, users must:

  • Obtain proper express written consent from recipients before sending marketing messages
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly (STOP for SMS, unsubscribe for email)
  • Maintain records of consent
  • Comply with A2P 10DLC registration requirements for SMS campaigns
  • Not send messages to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry without proper consent

7. Data and Privacy Responsibilities

When inputting customer data into AI agents or workflows, users are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they have the legal right to process and share that data
  • Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Not inputting sensitive personal data (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information) unless explicitly required and secured
  • Maintaining appropriate data security practices

8. Human Oversight

AI Horse-Powered Systems™ AI agents are tools designed to augment human decision-making, not replace it entirely. Users are expected to maintain meaningful human oversight of AI outputs, particularly for:

  • Customer-facing communications
  • Financial decisions or commitments
  • Legal or compliance-sensitive content
  • High-stakes business decisions

AI Horse-Powered Systems™ is not liable for business outcomes resulting from unreviewed or uncorrected AI outputs.

9. Accuracy and Hallucinations

AI language models may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or fabricated information (commonly referred to as "hallucinations"). Users must independently verify factual claims, statistics, legal statements, and other critical information before relying on or publishing AI-generated content.

10. Intellectual Property of AI Outputs

AI-generated content produced through our platform is provided for your business use. While you may use such content commercially, you acknowledge that AI outputs may not be fully protectable under copyright law in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that AI outputs do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

11. Enforcement

Violation of this AI User Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law. We reserve the right to monitor platform usage for compliance with this policy.

12. Updates to This Policy

As AI technology and regulatory landscapes evolve, we will update this policy accordingly. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of AI features after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
